Hens often acclimate to the nest box immediately or very quickly. Certain flocks may need some training to get them to use the box. This can be true for ANY change you introduce to chickens, not just with our nest box. BEST NEST BOX DOES NOT RECOMMEND RELYING ON FAKE EGGS TO TRAIN YOUR HENS. It doesn't hurt to try them, but it causes a problem when you RELY on a fake egg to train your birds.
